Where can I make a reservation?
We invite you to book your reservation by using the link on our website. For guests who prefer to speak with someone directly, our team is also available by phone at +1(303)484-1880 and will be happy to assist.
How far in advance can I book a reservation
Reservation availability is released on a rolling basis, approximately 30 days in advance at 9:00AM MST.
Why do you require credit card information upon booking?
To help us thoughtfully manage reservations, we use OpenTable, which requires a valid credit card to secure bookings and administer cancellation and no-show policies. Credit card information is securely stored by OpenTable and is not charged at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that cancellations be made no later than 24 hours prior to your reservation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time, or failure to show for a booking, will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 per guest.
What happens if I am running late for my reservation?
If you are running behind schedule on the day of your reservation, please contact us so we may plan accordingly and extend a grace period of up to 15 minutes. Please note that all members of a party must be present in order to be seated.

How do I book a large party reservation?
Due to the scale and configuration of our tables, we are able to seat parties for up to 6 people. To preserve the flow of service and the dining experience, parties are seated together and cannot be split across multiple tables.
Can I request a specific table?
We are happy to note seating requests and will do our best to honor them whenever possible. While we always take these requests into consideration, specific table placements cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and the operational flow of the restaurant.
Can I book a private event?
At this time, our restaurant does not maintain a dedicated event space or formal events program. However, we welcome inquiries and will be happy to advise on potential options for your group.
What dietary restrictions can be accommodated?
For vegetarians, there are always delicious, intentionally crafted options available. For our vegan guests, we will have select dishes that are vegan by design, as well as items that can be easily modified. Because we want to ensure your meal is conscientious and up to our culinary standards, we greatly appreciate advanced notice for vegan dietary requirements. This allows the kitchen team to prepare specific dishes that are safe and memorable. Is a children’s menu available?
We do not offer a separate children’s menu, as our dishes are designed to be shared and enjoyed collectively. That said, our culinary team is happy to make thoughtful modifications when possible to help accommodate younger guests. When booking your reservation, please be sure to include your child in the total party size so we can best prepare for your visit.
Can I bring my own wine or cake?
In accordance with Colorado Liquor Law, we are unable to offer corkage and we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing outside food or beverages. Our team will be pleased to assist you in identifying an option tailored to your tastes.
What parking arrangements are available?
Casa Juani is located at 901 Pearl street, on the West side of the pedestrian mall. There is ample pay-to-park street parking near the restaurant, as well as an underground parking garage nearby at 1000 Walnut Street adjacent to the St. Julien Hotel. Street parking is enforced Monday through Saturday from 9AM-7PM and free of charge on Sundays and holidays.
Is your building ADA compliant?
Our space is ADA compliant, and we are committed to welcoming all guests. If you have specific accessibility needs, we encourage you to contact our team in advance so we may assist.
Are laptops or flash photography permitted?
In an effort to maintain the ambience of the dining room for all guests, we ask that flash photography and laptop use be avoided.
